When to Pack Your Hospital Bag

I recommend having your hospital bag packed and ready by 36 weeks of pregnancy. This ensures you're prepared if bub decides to arrive a little early!

Final Tips

Keep the hospital bag in the car where the baby seat is installed. Let your birth partner know where it is, and consider packing a separate bag for after the birth. If helpful, have them pack the bag themselves so they know where everything is.

Remember not to overpack – there's always an opportunity for someone to gather supplies after baby is born. Every hospital is different, so check with your birthing facility about what they provide. Most importantly, don't stress too much about the perfect hospital bag – your focus should be on welcoming your beautiful baby into the world.

These are just suggestions based on my own experience as a mum of two. Every family's needs are different, so adapt this list to what works best for you.
