Perfect Fit Promise – Bendigo Locals

We know finding the right fit during pregnancy can be tricky. That's why we offer our Perfect Fit Promise to all Bendigo customers who receive local delivery.

How it works:

If your size isn't quite right, we'll personally pick it up and swap it for you - no shipping, no post office trips, no hassle.

Eligibility:

• Available for Bendigo suburbs with local delivery
• Contact us within 7 days of your delivery date
• Item must be unworn with tags attached and in original condition

⚠️ IMPORTANT – Items NOT covered by Perfect Fit Promise:

• Nursing bras and maternity bras (hygiene regulations – all bra sales are final)
• Underwear
• Swimwear
• Breast pads

These items are excluded due to Australian hygiene regulations and cannot be exchanged or returned once tried on.

The process:

1. Email us at info@motherduckmaternity.com.au within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• The item and size you need

2. We'll confirm if your size is available and schedule a pickup within 3 business days (sometimes same day!)

3. We'll swap – collect the original item and deliver the correct size to your door

4. No size available? We'll pick up the item and issue store credit to use anytime.

Terms:

• One size exchange per item
• Pickup scheduled within 3 business days of your request
• Item must be in resalable condition (unworn, tags attached, no damage or odours)
• Store credit issued if requested size is unavailable
• Nursing bras, maternity bras, underwear, swimwear, and breast pads are FINAL SALE and excluded from this service

Eligible items include: Maternity dresses, tops, pants, shorts, leggings, outerwear, and non-intimate apparel
