Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at info@motherduckmaternity.com.au with your order number and preferred option below:

1. Store Credit

    • Email us to request your return and we'll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you
    • Store credit is issued for the product price and processed within 5 business days of receiving your return

2. Refund to Original Payment Method

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
    • Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
    • Sale items are refunded at the price paid

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Bras
  • Breast pads
  • Briefs
  • Swimwear
  • Tights
  • Bra extenders
  • All Ninja Mama products (heat/cold therapy packs, peri bottle, and postpartum recovery items)
  • Lactation drinking mixes once opened
  • Gift cards

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. Contact us within 7 days at info@motherduckmaternity.com.au if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@motherduckmaternity.com.au.

Perfect Fit Promise – Bendigo Locals

We know finding the right fit during pregnancy can be tricky. That's why we offer our Perfect Fit Promise to all Bendigo customers who receive local delivery.

If your size isn't quite right, we'll personally pick it up and swap it for you — no shipping, no post office trips, no hassle.

Eligibility:

  • Available for Bendigo suburbs with local delivery
  • Contact us within 7 days of your delivery date
  • Item must be unworn with tags attached and in original condition
  • Excludes hygiene items (see Non-Returnable Items above)

The process:

  1. Email us at info@motherduckmaternity.com.au within 7 days with your order number and the size you need
  2. We'll confirm availability and schedule a pickup within 3 business days (sometimes same day!)
  3. We'll collect the original item and deliver the correct size to your door
  4. No size available? We'll issue store credit to use anytime

Terms:

  • One size exchange per item
  • Item must be unworn, tags attached, in resalable condition
  • Store credit issued if requested size is unavailable
  • You may opt-out of this policy and choose to use the regular return policy above.
