Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Mother Duck Maternity gift cards! Please review the following terms and conditions:

Validity & Expiration

Gift cards purchased from Mother Duck Maternity are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian consumer law. After this period, the gift card will expire and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Redemption

• Gift cards can be redeemed online at motherduckmaternity.com.au
• Gift cards are applied to the total value of an order, including products, taxes, and shipping
• Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order
• If your order total exceeds the gift card value, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method
• If your order total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use

Balance Inquiries

To check your gift card balance, please contact us at info@motherduckmaternity.com.au with your gift card code.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Gift cards are treated like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card code as you would cash.

Returns & Refunds

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. If you return products purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the gift card.

Restrictions

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
• Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases
