Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy outlines the shipping and delivery terms for Mother Duck Maternity. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Free Local Delivery
We offer FREE local delivery to Bendigo customers within 15km of Bendigo.
Delivery Days: Mondays and Thursdays
Order Deadline: Place your order by 12pm the day before your preferred delivery day to ensure delivery on that day.
For example:
- Order by 12pm Sunday for Monday delivery
- Order by 12pm Wednesday for Thursday delivery
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days from dispatch
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days from dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $80 AUD within Australia.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel's progress.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Parcels not collected within the specified timeframe may be returned to us, and you may be charged for reshipping.
