Terms & Conditions for Giveaways

1. Eligibility

Giveaways hosted by Mother Duck Maternity are open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. While employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Mother Duck Maternity are welcome to participate and engage with giveaway posts, they are not eligible to claim prizes.

2. Entry Requirements

To enter a giveaway, participants must follow the specific entry instructions provided in the giveaway announcement. This may include actions such as following our social media accounts, liking posts, tagging friends, sharing content, or subscribing to our newsletter. All entries must be submitted during the specified entry period.

3. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be announced on the date specified in the giveaway post and will be notified via direct message or email within 48 hours of selection.

4. Prize Claim

Winners must respond to our notification within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and Australian residency before receiving their prize. If a selected winner is an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Mother Duck Maternity, they will be ineligible to claim the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

5. Prize Details

Prizes are as described in each individual giveaway post. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Mother Duck Maternity reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to the winner's Australian address at no cost to the winner. Mother Duck Maternity is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once they have been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected during giveaway entry will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting winners. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Winner names may be announced publicly on our social media channels and website.

8. Social Media Platforms

Our giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Participants release these platforms from any liability related to the giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mother Duck Maternity is not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or other problems that may prevent entry into the giveaway. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize.

10. Disqualification

Mother Duck Maternity reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or acts in an unsportsmanlike manner. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated entry methods, or providing false information.

11. Changes and Cancellation

Mother Duck Maternity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, no prizes will be awarded.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
