Change of mind: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Faulty items: Please contact us as soon as a fault is discovered, within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence at info@motherduckmaternity.com.au and we'll make it right at no cost.

Non-returnable items:

Bras, breast pads, briefs, swimwear, tights, bra extenders, all Ninja Mama products and all Made to Milk products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Clearance items and gift cards also cannot be returned.

How to return: Email info@motherduckmaternity.com.au with your order number. Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return to your original payment method.
