Change of mind: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Faulty items: Please contact us as soon as a fault is discovered, within 30 days of delivery, with photographic evidence at info@motherduckmaternity.com.au and we'll make it right at no cost.

Non-returnable items: Bras, breast pads, briefs, swimwear, tights, bra extenders, all Ninja Mama products, lactation drinking mixes (once opened), and gift cards cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to return: Email info@motherduckmaternity.com.au with your order number. Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return to your original payment method.
